I bought this 2009 Ruckus for 400 bucks off a guy that was the second owner. The first owner did the NCY CDI install on it and from the looks of it did an ok job. when I bought the bike the battery was dead so that was the first thing I did was charge the battery. Once the battery was charged I tried to start the bike and all it did was turn over. it would fire at all. Then I bought a new spark plug and gapped it and checked for spark outside of motor and when installed still nothing. I cleaned the carb, checked the fuel pump which is working fine. cleaned all the fuel out of the tank and replaced it with fresh gas and still nothing. I tried reseting the ECU given the procedure however my lights never came on when I shorted the line like it says. not sure what this means or if I'm doing it 100% correctly. Any help is much appreciated.

 

drain the gas and put in 93. remove the jets and clean them or install bigger jets.
