Default Safe rpm range for ruckus engine

2014 ruckus
20mm sheng wei carb
Universal air filter
Feign blaster cdi
Exhaust upgrade
Wind shield
Stock variator (5.5 gm sliders)
Steady Garage racing clutch
145 pounds

After struggling with all mods for a couple of years and existing in the 30-37 range I added the racing clutch and finally got to see what the GET engine can do. Suddenly all the parts seemed to work together. Have hit 45 several times on straights with tach reading 10. Am able to work the entire power range with the throttle, the transmission reacting accordingly. Before it was pretty much wide open or not. Now I have to back off when rpms get around 9.5 or 10. I am not complaining. I'm just amazed and afraid I may damage the engine. I try to go by sound and back off by the ear as well as tach.
Any comment about engine damage would be appreciated

Jetting is needed.

Ninja250.org has a great article on carb tuning, and in there is more expansive link on how to properly jet your carb (it's universal on how to jet a carb)

Basically you have to start with idle mixture, then full throttle tune, then partial throttle. You tune the idle screw, then the main jet, then the needle clip iirc. It's a bit time consuming, but will definitely bring about power. If you change your exhaust or intake, or both, you must retune the carb.
