Integra GSR brakes into EG Question
I’m sure it’s been covered but I can’t seem to find any post about it. If I wanted to swap out a 92 Civic DX hatchback full front brake to the full Integra GSR front brake conversion. And I am keeping the stock D15b7 engine and tranny (for now). Do I need to swap out the axles too? Since there’s more spline on an Integra GSR axles?
Yup, unbolt and bolt back up! Simple as that. And I agree with the "different master cylinder" statement. I did a full Integra swap on my 94 Si years back and went with an Integra Booster and ITR 1" Master Cylinder. Gave the brakes a good response, strong bite and confidence you want in stopping your car if you plan on bumping up performance.
Note - I did get caught off guard with the ITR 1" MC. One of the line fittings is different than the others. I had to source a fitting, cut the hard line and flare it for the new fitting.... a bit of extra work that probably wasn't worth it. haha. Live and learn.

15/16th from 91 ex will bolt to the factory booster and the lines match up, this is what I use in 93 si with Integra fronts
