I have searched and not found a definite answer. What size is the JIS screw on the rotors? #2 or #3? Thanks!

 

I'm wondering why you care. Take those suckers out, throw them in the trash, and never ever put them back in.

Vessel is at the top of my hand tool brands list so you're probably good getting the #3 that tech8 posted. in fact, i'm going to order one today for myself to try out! but as an option and from first hand experience in this exact purpose, i have used one of these from HF with 100% success rate. I've probably done at minimum 20 rotor replacements with it.

 

These rotor screws are probably the worst things ever conceived. I've never struggled or swore so much in my life trying to remove these suckers.
Blow them out and never think of putting them back.
