Default Rotor recomendation

I have a 96 Ex 4dr and I have warped my rotors twice in the past 30k miles. I was wondering what rotors you guys would recomend as well as any other parts such as pads, ect. Also would you recomend a rear drum to disk conversion right away. I don't have too much money to play with at this point and I am more worried about losing the annoying vibration of the front rotors and keeping it from coming back as long as possible. I searched and came up with this thread (https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=166993) and all it turned out to be was a bitch fest that just left me with more questions than I started with. If you guys could help I would appreciate it? Thanks.

rotors-brembo oem blanks. period.

rear disk conversion-if you are running low on money, skip it for now and just get some quality pads and shoes. the guys at cobalt (honda-tech sponsor ) can probably reccomend the best pads and shoes for your driving style.

waste of money. buy brembo/oem blanks and spend your saved $$ on other things. stock brakes kick ***, really, you just need great pads.

So anybody have any recomendations for pads? I will be checking cobalt to see what they say but anyone who has had success with a particular pad they would recomend, your input would be appreciated as well. Thank You.
