Default 2000 ex auto to b18c1 manual?

I've got the basic idea of the engine swap and the trans swap but should the hydraulic lines, reservoir and master cylinder. Come from an integra of a civic?

The factory clutch lines should come from a Civic... and if you want to make it look totally stock, order the pair of transmission brackets and sundry parts from a '99-00 Civic Si so that the soft line bolts into the rear bracket and the hard line clips into the front bracket where the transmission ground bolts up.

In detail, the factory clutch line should come from a 96-00 civic.

Clutch lines from any '96 - '00 Civic, the rest of it doesn't matter as it's all the same. '92 - '95 Civic also uses the same master, slave and reservoir.

yup, the auto shifter wires are the same too I believe so if you need to wire in a relay setup like the oem one you can do it all there, cruise control wires are there as well.

I used the clutch hydraulic lines from a Teg in my ek and had 0 problems except weaving around the ac lines.

They aren't the same setup at all. You may have gotten away with it, but I don't think the studs are on the firewall to attach the coupler that joins the two lines together about midway across the firewall.

Not to mention, I wouldn't want anything rubbing against the ac lines anyways.

Those studs were there for that coupler thing. Clutch mc bolted right up. All pedals bolted right up. Line from clutch mc to that coupler fell right in place. I did have a bracket I made up for the rubber line to mount to the framerail. Getting the line from the coupler and down the framerail to that bracket was tricky as I had to tuck it under the lines and around the battery tray.

So what you are saying is you had to modify it a bit and create some brackets to make it work... the hard and soft lines... so it wasn't a "bolt in" solution. I think the clutch master cylinders and reservoir are quite similar between the Integra and Civic, but the lines, and their routing, are quite different.

If I had unbolted the ac hardlines from at the firewall before running the clutch line (and reinstalled them after), it would have been a bolt in affair except for that one bracket (not some brackets) I made and mounted on the framerail using the preexisting threaded holes. The bracket isn’t 100% required, so this could be a bolt in solution. I liked (and recommend) the bracket as it should help over time to keep vibrations from causing a hole to develop in the hard line.

The clutch master cylinder and its reservoir are identical between the Civic and Integra as far as I can tell. The reservoir’s mounting holes even line up perfectly with the threaded holes on the Civic’s strut tower.

I swapped those parts from a 1995 GSR (did they call those hatches?) to a 2000 Civic LX Sedan.
