you'll need: tranny w/ linkage, clutch, flywheel(flywheel bolts, clutch bolts) manual pedal assy(including gas, brake, clutch), clutch lines, clutch master cylinder, slave cylinder. manual ecu. and the time to wire it up.
search the forum their is alot on here about it.

Re: auto to manual swap ????? (supermanvick)
Search search search. I know for a fact there is a write-up on here about how to do it, all parts needed, and relative cost of the project. It's not really hard, it takes the better part of a weekend, and it will cost several hundred dollars.

if you buy a complete swap, then all you really need left is clutch resevoir, resevoir bracket, master cylinder, clutch lines, clutch pedal, and brake pedal(unless you cut the auto brake pedal in half), and last but not least a auto to manual tranny bracket(trust me i didn't do all my research and this mount set me back a week).
clutch lines you can find easily at a salvage yard. i found mine, pulled it off an integra. paid $10, and that was the complete line.
paid $15 for brake & gas pedal assembly at a salvage yard as well.
it's really not hard, my suggestion to you. put all the clutch hardware in after you rip out the old motor(before installing the new one), it'll be alot easier and alittle stress free.
good luck!
**EDIT** oh yeah don't forget you'll need to wire up the auto shifter so you can start the car.

I waited till I found a wrecked car with all the parts I needed, then you know you have everything. Then basically just unbolted from one car and bolted onto the other.
