would a Clutch line kit from K tuned or jbtuned work with the oem slave cylinder? Or would I be better off going to the junkyard and getting the clutch line from there ?

The line is not critical. Any line that connects the cylinder to the hose will work. You could buy one of the pre-made "metric brake lines" sold in any parts store and bend to fit.
