Knock sensor and pulsing idle
hi all
i have an 04 civic type s and the other day the engine management light flashed up with the code
P0325 knock sensor
Also accompanied by a pulsing idle, when coming down from revs, the car will go down to almost 0 then pulse for a min between 500 - 750 rpm before settling
any advise? Obviously going to replace the knock sensor see if that has any effect

it's not likely they are related but obviously since the knock sensor needs fixing, just fix that and see
it's not common for a knock sensor to go bad so look closely at the connector and the wiring before choosing to replace it

It’s funny because they am started at the same time.
Then the engine management light went off and the Revs where normal again for 3 days until the engine management light came back in again and the revs started to pulse again.
Now the engine light is out and just left me with the Rev problem.
