Stuck Crankshaft Pulley Bolt - Broke
I made a thread here about 2 months ago: https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-...-bolt-3319173/ I still can't get it removed. I just tried using a 1/2 inch drive air gun with a 25 gallon compressor with no luck. I've probably sprayed PB blaster about 50 times on it and have had it heated with a propane torch for about a good 10-15 minutes. The air tool didn't work, so I used a 3 ft, 1/2 inch breaker bar/2 ft cheater bar + chain gear to hold the pulley in place, and the piece of **** pulley broke in half after a few tries. How the **** does the pulley break when I'm using the right tools? Now, it's just the bolt there and I can't use a breaker bar anymore because there is nothing to hold the strand of pulley in place. I can replace the pulley and bolt easy at a junkyard for about $10, but I still need to get this bolt off. I'm going counter clockwise on my D15b1 engine if that helps.
Should I go for the 1 inch drive air tool with like a 50 gallon compressor? Can I cut the bolt somehow? Please, any tips will help, thank you.

you can also lock it on the flywheel side.
and use a bigger, stiffer cheater bar. some steel pipe, like 6 ft.
i have torqued it enough to shear off the head of the bolt with a cheater bar (was going the wrong way, brain fart).

Do you know what crank pulleys can be swapped with a D15b1 engine? From what I read on other threads, any other D15 pulley (like d15b7) should work fine.
Thanks again man
