Check the manual and googled. Found the location in the manual but the brownish connectors are nowhere to be seen.

 

Found them. I should have just pulled the harness out where it enters the body but I had a brain cramp because the manual said they were somewhere else. On my 93 vtec they are located behind the flap where the sunroof drain pops out. There are 2 covers or flaps. One lower one you can see clearly. I checked in there but could not see any harness. The upper flap or cover not clearly seen is the money pit. Both connectors are wrapped in foam and tape so I assume this was like this from the factory. The green arrow points to the flap.
