Default Fuel Pump not priming!!

Took a bare wire and touched the #5 with one end and #7(wire) with the other end of the bare wire and it sounded like the pump kicked right away!!
Hi guys, I have a 1989 civic dx hatch, the fuel pump fuel doesn’t not prime. I went and got a main relay from autozone but it still the fuel pump don’t seem to be getting any power at all. Any ideas?

The electrical part of the ignition switch might be bad. No trigger from it and the relay won't work.

So I checked the igniter, after running some test it appeared to be a bad igniter so I was gonna go to auto zone to get a new one but I decided to first check the ECU to see if it would give me the #15 code... but the light isn’t blinking at all.. does this mean is bad?

If the red light stays on it usually means dead ECU, try resetting the ECU by unplugging the HAZARD fuse under hood. If that doesn’t work is there any way you could try one you know works?

Yeah it was actually just a freaking blown fuse lol. Changed it and started right back up.

So now the car does start perfectly fine, but if I let it run for like 10mins and then floored the gas pedal it’ll start stalling. I checked the fuel pressure and it has none... but then the car starts just fine and if I let it idle it’ll be just fine.. what surprise me i me the fact the fuel pressure is 0. Bad fuel pump or maybe just bad fuel pressure regulator? Or vacuum line? 😕
