Default cooling fan problem

I am trying to troubleshoot my cooling fan problem. I try to jump the cooling fan switch but it didn't work although it did earlier. I tested the fuse box and the relay and the motor and they are all working. where is the problem knowing that the circuit must be intact because I the fan runs when I turn on the AC

You tried jumping out the plug for the switch on the thermostat housing, and got something but now nothing? Check the ground and ground wire for that switch.

1. Tested the relay and it was working fine (applied power to terminal 3,4 and tested the volt in terminal 1,2)
2. Tested the motor of the fan by applying direct power from the battery and it worked...
Fan also works when I turn on the AC
3. Tried to jump the cooling fan switch (pig tail connector ) initially it worked
4. Thought may b something wrong with the wiring to the Pig tail connector and tested the volts in the connector and found its 5v
5. Jumped the pig tail connector again and tried to check power going to the fan and I found no power going to the fan with the pig tail connector jumped

Run a jumper wire from the green wire’s terminal to ground.
