ok i have a 90 integra with a b16a swap. my eng fan is not kicking on. does ne one know how i can hot wire it to a switch but not make it look ghetto and how i can do it???
First take a jumper wire to the fan switch to see if it kicks on, if it does, all you need is a new fan switch. If you don't want to buy a fan switch, just tape up the jumper wire and it will stay on.
If the fan doesn't turn on when you jump the fan switch, take a jumper wire directly to the fan and see if the fan isn't burnt out itself. If it works, then your relay or wiring should be checked.
As for a switch, many have done it, but do you really want to take a chance of forgetting to turn it on and burning up your engine? A simple search should tell you how to wire it, this has been covered.
