I have a 2005 Odyssey, 70k mi, with a disintegrated ignition coil pack that broke off leaving the sleeve melted to the spark plug, luckily on #5 cylinder. Digging out the plastic sleeve to get to the plug is extremely time consuming. Is there an easier way to get the plug out, that does not involve removing the head? (Using a hole saw slightly smaller than tube?)
I’ve taken it to to a few shops who “don’t have time to deal with it”.
