Parking brake is on, low brake fluid, brake light(s) out or bad brake light switch...

The 7th gen civic isn’t that smart. It’s either a parking brake left on or the switch for the parking brake is malfunctioning.

False.

There is a switch in the brake fluid reservoir which will activate if the brake fluid level is too low.

Low fluid advice is right from the horse's mouth

Coupe owner's manual page 282, http://techinfo.honda.com/rjanisis/p...u/CI0101OM.PDF
If it comes on at any other time, it indicates a problem with the car’s brake system. In most cases, the problem is a low fluid level in the brake fluid reservoir. Press lightly on the brake pedal to see if it feels normal. If it does, check the brake fluid level the next time you stop at a service station (see page ). If the fluid level is low, take the car to your dealer and have the brake system inspected for leaks or worn brake pads.

I removed the sensors for fluid reservoir and it turned off. So it seems it is a fluid problem. Is it right?

You tell us? Does it need fluid? Read the side of the reservoir.

If it's full, then it's a problem with the switch itself. Test it.

Full = no continuity.

Empty = continuity.
