Default 11.5:1 CR, B18C...fuel options ?

I'll be getting back my G/F's GSR motor soon and it'll be running 11.5:1 CR on a stock head and fuel setup... OBDI GSR ecu, stock injectors/pump/etc.

I plan to get a Vafc in the near future, but am concerned w/ just regualar driving for now. The engine builder said I should be fine w/ stock ecu till then, but was wondering...

Should I:

Get bigger injectors (5G prelude or other ?)

Or would a Vafc on stockers be fine ?

and

Should the engine be ok at that CR with the stock fuel and ecu setup (at stock dist timing) ?

X2

You will be fine.

If a B20/VTEC with 12:1 on a stock Civic fuel pump can put out 175 whp, you will be fine.

You should be fine, just try it out, if the car wants to detonate then back of the timing some , just dont try and get on the freway in fifth gear.
