Swapped a b20v into crx, DPFI now mpfi, obd1 ecu with hondata s300, obd2a dizzy, no knock sensor, vtec pressure switch delete. Car is running smoothly and no idle issues since i changed tps, question is VTEC not engaging. No cel. Engine was in 96 hatch before and vtec had worked fine a few years ago. What Ive checked, resistance in vtec solenoid: good, no opens or short from solenoid to ecu vtec solenoid or vtec pressure switch. No burnt or damaged areas in ecu. So Im stuck on what to do next or to even check? Dizzy, dizzy wiring, would that affect the signal to engage vtec.
