TLDR;
B20's have paper thin sleeves and aren't really a good choice for F/I
It can be done, but tuning must be perfect/conservative and hp levels kept conservative as well.

A B20 is a good platform to start for an all motor build. B18's are much better for turbo'ing though, but if you intend to sleeve the block, none of this matters.
If you are dead set on turbo'ing and not building/sleeving the engine, maybe someone will trade you their b18 for you b20?

Do you have any experience with modding any other cars or any mechanical experience at all? I'm not asking this with a tone: just trying to get some background about you.

Are you opposing to buy motor online? Is that why you are looking locally?

You really have a lot of options, and you need to set power goals and figure out what you want to do with the car (autocross, drag, etc.) before you start a build. I was looking into an F series engine to boost before my current swap kinda fell in my lap.

I want to try and make 400hp and I'd like to keep it a street car but I might go to the strip sometimes

Welcome to H-T! Alas, this post belongs in "Intro yourself" section, as it is not requesting specific help or offering specific information. It is so moved.

Any b18c# would be a good candidate for that. Even a b18b could do that, with a bit more work.
