Default No-start condition. Help!

I have a 95 Honda Accord, with 390,000+ miles on it. Has ran perfect forrrrr evvveerrrrr until now. Cranks and cranks and cranks but never tries to turn over, other than the very first time you go to crank it after letting it sit for a day. It will start for literally, no exaggeration, a half if a second then cut out. Won't start at all after that. That makes me think a fuel issue (rich). But let me know your thoughts please. I'd love to see just how long this car will go for. 4 cylinder engine btw. Spark plugs, spark plugs wires, ignition wire, head gasket, radiator, and distributor cap has been replaced between 1 yr and 3 months before this problem.

Fuel Pump? Main relay? Ignition Coil?

Check for spark at the spark plugs, check for fuel at the fuel rail.

I was able to get it started after spraying carb cleaner to the throttle body. Ran then sputtered out. I'm going to either buy a fuel pressure gauge or rent one this afternoon and return with some specs on the pressure. But after taking the fuel line off of the fuel rail, it had pressure built up behind it.

check mechanical timing, could have jumped a tooth, if it's good it could be a bad ecu, pop it open and take a look for any burned spots

If I couldn't get it started with the has that's in the tank but got it started with carb cleaner just fine, wouldn't that mean my timing is fine? Plus, the timing belt also was done 3 months before this happened.

I just got a reading on the fuel line from the fuel filter back. It's staying at 26 psi. Which I'm thinking is pretty lowwwww. So fuel filter or fuel pimp huh... Anything else i should check?

Okay so I hooked directly up to the fuel line BEFORE the fuel rail. It wasn't a food connection on my last reading. My crush washers were too large and...blah blah blah. Anyways, the fuel pressure after I orimed the fuel pump went up to 44-46 psi and stayed there. No leak down at all after 15 minutes. So that's telling me there are no leaks from there down to the tank. And that the fuel filter isn't clogged, correct? So could it possibly be a clog in the fuel rail? Or one or more injectors aren't pulsing? Or maybe the fuel pressure regulator diaphragm has busted? How would I test the pressure regulator if I can't get the vehicle to start?

Default 95 Accord LX no start

Starts with carb cleaner. Cranks perfect the entire time you turn the key. Fuel pump primes every time. Injectors are getting voltage from battery. Fuel pressure from the oil filter back stays are 45 psi and no leak down at all for the hour I kept it hooked up. Injectors were absolutely filthy, cleaned them on the outside only. Also cleaned all o rings and seals on the injectors. All injector filters are intact and no obstructions. Ideas? Any way to test fuel pressure regulator without the car running? How can I test the injector pulse with a test light?(never messed with one). New plugs, new plug wires, new ignition wire, new distributor cap, new timing belt, fresh half a tank of gas. Not sure how to test fuel pressure are the fuel rail since the pressure gauge i have doesn't have **** for fittings with it. Car has 405k+ miles on it. Like to get it running to see how long it'll go.
