Where Can I find the original full bull bar like the one in the picture?

 

Ha! At this point maybe...Narnia? Those front bumper bars, as well as the side and rear bar kits you see under the rocker panels in this picture were official Honda parts and have been looooong since discontinued. Every now and then one will pop up on Ebay for many hundreds of dollars, and if you're lucky, and willing to pay big money you can pick one up. I guess there's every possibility you could snag one in a local u-pull-it yard also, but then you're faced with the decision to keep it, or sell it on Ebay for many hundreds of dollars! Personally, I'd take the many hundreds of dollars. There are a number of aftermarket companies that sell bumper bars for the RD1 CR-V. My favorite is the ARB one as seen here:

To get a NEW Honda bar though...not bloody likely at this point.
