2008 Honda CR-V radio won’t let
Me reset or give me serial code

 

AFAIK you have to go to a dealership to have them reset it.

Other option would be to replace it, aftermarket or used OEM.

 

If its anything like previous generations, you'll have a card or sticker somewhere in/around the glove box area that will have the code you need to input. If you tried a certain amount of times and are locked out, you'll want to disconnect the negative battery terminal for a few minutes and try again.
