Default Diagnostic Issue: Engine misfire after fuel filter replacement..Fuel Filter related?

Currently having a issue with my turbo integra. Was recently at the track and didnt run into any issues. Fast forward two weeks - I replace fuel filter (reset the base FPR after install) and relocate catch can. Now I think I'm having a fuel issue. (I did recently pressure wash the engine bay -- did dry it with a leaf blower before starting)

Build:
b16 head / gsr block - STC Interceptor turbo - Old School FIC 1800cc injectors (running on resistor box) <--- possibly the issue.. Walbro 450.
Hondata CoP - Swapped in brand new NGK plugs - gapped to .20

Car runs and drives just fine however getting into boost the car cuts out around 14psi or so. Very similar to a boost cut / ignition cut however the datalog has no indication of this --- seems to be more of a mechanical issue.

I'm going to check the voltage across all injectors tonight to see if there is a difference. If I cant figure out the issue tonight the car will be done for the year..... last race event is this weekend.

Data log shows roughly 12.2-12.4. A little lean but not something that would cause this.

Here is a video of the issue.

I pulled the CNC cover off of the distributor. I find this wire sitting in there -

I am told the CoP system does not rely on the ICM. However I then see this wire has a large gash in it (CKP).

The wire with the break is kinda common since most our dizzys are 20 years old, so not that alarming but it could be causing issues.

The other wire goes from ICM to coiil and I dont think your car would run at all without it. most likely fell off when you removed the coil
