Default Depressing clutch screeching metal noise car stall

So I just redid my clutch. Replaced throwout bearing, pilot bearing, resurfaced flywheel. I put grease on the fork pivot ball and the inside and out of the throwout bearing. Instantly when I started the car I hear a screeching noise whenever I apply a pressure to the clutch and the rpms drop and stall if I hold it long enough. It shifts fine and I can drive on it if I keep my foot on the gas a little so it doesn't stall. I'm not sure what it could be, I'm thinking the throwout bearing is bad which would seem to be the only explanation but it was new and it spun fine when I first put it on. I'm wondering If I might've installed it wrong, put too much grease, or it might just be the wrong size. Let me know your thoughts.

Check the small sheet metal cover on the bottom engine side of the bell housing. The flywheel moves toward the engine slightly when you press the clutch. If that metal cover is too close it will scrape.

I torqued everything in 2 steps. It's weird because it drops rpm when I step on it, and even stalled twice, but right after reading your responses I started it up again and kept pumping the clutch pedal and it went away on it's own. It was a loud screech and the rpm kept dropping but after 7 or so steps it got quieter and rpm less affected. Now it's like nothing ever happened. Is it possible the throwout bearing might've been out of alignment somehow?

Bleed the clutch for good measure. Make sure you get all air out.

Sounds like the clutch isn't fully engaging/disengaging.
