Icon5 Honda Newbie could use some advice

Yo so recently got my second 93 civic and im wondering what kind of upgrades i will need to do in order to get the car around 300-400 Horsepower. right now i have a d16z6 with 275xxx miles(yes i know its a lot im gonna do a rebuild before slapping a turbo) i dont have a budget as its going to be my project car/daily. so yeah if you guys could help me out on some nice to have upgrades and also key upgrades i'd greatly appreciate it.

Exhaust header, cat delete, hi-flow muffler, cold air intake to name a few.

I'm not a tuner but from what I understand it's just a very small niche of people who bother doing d-series builds. Most people are going to swap in a b-series to start with before they even think about a turbo.

300-400 horsepower is a lot for an inline four designed for economy cars

That is an easy 3 to 4 hundred horsepower right there! Sheit, throw a tune in there and you should break into the 5's!!
