Can anybody identify what wires go to what on my 99 harness.

Can anybody identify what wires go to what on my 99 harness.
So i got a 99 honda civic dx harness in my 2000. I am having issues with the iac and tps not working.
I found 3 cut wires and don't know exactly what they go to, the wires colors are:
Yellow / Black stripe
Solid orange
Blue / Black
