Default 91 civic d15b2 DPFI question

As the title say I have a 91 civic dx sedan with a DPFI d15b2. I can't find the resistor box ... Normally it should be behind the left side shock tower ? The only thing that look similar to the resistor box is located at the bottom of the rad near the traction bar. A box with 3 wires. I am Asking cause I'm going MPFI and I need to find it. Thanks you.

There isn't a resistor box on a dual point engine/harness. It is only found on the HF and Si cars.

So for the MPFI conversion I just need to run the extra wire to the ECU ?

you need to run a few wires to the ecu for a mpfi convertion to work
but if you WANT to have a resister box and Want to use obd0 injectors then youd run one wire from the resister box to the ecu

and that wire would go into plug A hole 15 in your ecu plugs

I am using a y8 IM with obd1 injector. I have read a lot of thread with this mod but they all say that you must jump the 5 wires of the resistor box with each other. That's why i was searching mine haha. Thanks a lot guys.

yes if your useing obd1 injector then you do not need a resister box you just connect the 5 wires to eachother the ecu wire and the 4 injector wires
