Added wrong picture from cam timing, will re-do it and post it here.

Is my timing off? Idle feels like backfiring just a little and when I try to take off idle and I press the gas pedal hard it has delay and hesitation. If I do it slowly its fine, I've replaced and adjusted TPS, IACV, cleaned intake manifold, new spark plugs, a year old barely used spark wires. Other than that car runs fine I guess, not sure if timing was like this prior to 6 months, never checked it to ne honest. Thank you.

Car is idling, you press the gas pedal it delays and you can hear intake(afternarket CAI) yet it delays then brings RPM's up, like something is choking engine. If you press gas pedal slow, it doesnt delay however its annoying as hell to drive like that, you cant press gas pedal hard yet you have to play it very gently and slow, once I get off from dead stop, it has no issues. Also if I open throttle like 5% and then stamp on it, it doesnt delay. TB and IM are both cleaned, butterfly doesnt stick, TPS is adjusted and has no dead spots, IACV is replaced as well. On idle also when warm feels like its a little jerky like engine is shaking a little, you can feel it from inside however RPM's are consistent, like it missfires but it doesnt, its impossible to explain it unless you feel it though which is impossible.. other than that everything works just fine. Btw ever since I bought it, it wants to stall when started warm and then picks up if I give it some throttle.

Send a picture with them lined up how they are supposed to be.

 

If you're unable to provide images of the cam's lined up and crank at tdc, you got better issues to worry bout.

 

Lol I posted wrong pictures was in a hurry. I'll update when I get back from work sorry though, I genuinely didnt notice. As per poor throttle response unless its timing, what else considering everything is replaced and ECU throws no codes. Thank you.
