So when getting some brake work done I told them my CRV made a rattle noise when I turned it off and the AC was on. I cant remember if they said it was the ac pulley? Or ac compressor? Or compressor pulley? And cant find the paper work..ill call them monday but today my ac stopped working and I live in florida. I don't wanna die. Does anyone have an idea based on what I said above?

 

look at the pulley see if it look reddish brownish may have burned up. Also see if the pulley is stuck try to spin the clutch. This will quickly tell you if the a.c. compressor clutch went out
