hi i have the new civic hatchback 2017 sport, weights around 2864lbs(1299kg) im trying to get a set of coilover but i want to know the best spring rate for daily drive this car comes with a 60/40 weight distribution, what would be the best fit for it? thank you

 

Best for a daily driver would be what's on it already. Took a dozen engineers thousands of hours of work to develop the suspension. If your not doing anything or racing with it why change it?

Research coilovers and find a decent set within your budget. Most companies will sell them with different spring pairings depending on the usage. Street setups will be softer, although expect a harsher ride over your stock setup, regardless of the springs.
