Default Whats the best spring rate?

I have a 95 civic dx hatch. I am dropping a b18c1 in it shortly and I plan on taking it to the drags and using it as my daily driver. I dont mind if the ride is a bit harsh. I am buying Ground control coilovers and I need to know what would be the best spring rate for me.

About 450 in front and 350 in rear should give you a pretty good ride.

There is no "best" spring rate. It will depend on the surface you're driving on. Don't assume that higher spring rates will give you better handling. If it's a perfectly smooth track, you can run very high rates. If you hit a series of bumps on that track, you'll be all over the place. On a daily driver, comfort is also important.

I agree with 1bad-eg about 450/350 MAX. I run a little lower and it's still a little harsh sometimes.
