Hi everyone, I've just picked up a 1999 Civic with a 1.4i engine in it. Now the car is going to be project for me and the only question I have that I could use some help with is engines. The information I'm after would be what engines will go into the car (with not a lot of fettling), what modifications would I need to do i.e. wiring, electrics is my only downfall so if I was to put in an engine that needed new wiring looms, ECU's etc then its gets to the point where I may not be able to fix it my self upon occurring any problems. if that's way it has to go then that's fine but like I said id really rather avoid it. Oh and encase it wasn't clear the reason I'm putting a new engine in it is because I want it to be fast! thanks for any help, appreciate it!
