Make sure the plug wires are in correct sequence. Correct firing order.

One explanation is fuel deliversy. I've had a devil of a time getting a non-zero fuel pressure reading from this kit: OEM Fuel pump diagnostic kit 27167 - Read Reviews on OEM #27167

To chase fuel, you're going to need to get a fuel pressure reading. You need to test pressure at idle and under load. You also need to test for leak-down. I would also check for pulse at your injectors using an LED test light.

Lack of start with starter fluid could also be caused by obstructed air pathway. If the car starts with the brake booster hose disconnected (or by opening the throttle), it could also point to lack of air, which could be caused by a defective IAC, among other things.

This may sound dumb but did you plug the CKF sensor back in?

OP: you checked fuel at fuel filter banjo bolt or fuel rail banjo bolt?
Can also remove injectors and spray into bucket ..note spray pattern, timing and quantity.
Also, did you try starting with gas pedal to floor (WOT) to rule out a possible flooding issue?
