97 Honda Civic crank no start
Change distributor (use one) have spark on all 4 cyl., new crank sensor, have fuel not sure pressure ,but loosen Bangor fitting fuel sprayed all over , new plugs, change main relay , changed ECU , sprayed starting fluid in throttle body did nothing !! Any Ideas

To chase fuel, you're going to need to get a fuel pressure reading. You need to test pressure at idle and under load. You also need to test for leak-down. I would also check for pulse at your injectors using an LED test light.
Lack of start with starter fluid could also be caused by obstructed air pathway. If the car starts with the brake booster hose disconnected (or by opening the throttle), it could also point to lack of air, which could be caused by a defective IAC, among other things.

OP: you checked fuel at fuel filter banjo bolt or fuel rail banjo bolt?
Can also remove injectors and spray into bucket ..note spray pattern, timing and quantity.
Also, did you try starting with gas pedal to floor (WOT) to rule out a possible flooding issue?
