What color is the spark? Are you getting fuel to the injectors?

Is your fuel pressure consistant? meaning when you crank it over does it hold that pressure? or does the pressure drop? also where are you checking for fuel pressure? on the rail, the filter? you can have 40 pounds of fuel all day but wont do any good if you dont have the volume you need....a plugged fuel filter, a weak fuel pump, a collapsed fuel hose, a faulty pressure regulator can all play a role in fuel volume. you want to check the pressure at the fuel rail preferably closer to the regulator...

just for kicks pinch off the fuel return hose on the right side of the fuel rail and give it a try..this may help if it is actually starving for fuel

if you have access to one, try a different computer. even though you have spark fuel and compression - there can still be an issue with the ECU..you have injector pulse so the ECU is definitely getting power.
inspect all of the connector pins for anything that may be loose, bent, or dirty

Double check your ignition wires..make sure they're going to the correct cylinder

lastly clean all of your grounds - take them off clean them and reconnect them, its the most simple and very common issue- a dirty ground will cause poor communication between all the sensors and can also fluctuate the voltage throughout the system...its worth a shot!

good luck!
