I think it's the vapor line from the gas tank. It should go to the EVAP canister. The green plastic tube is of course not stock.
Either that or the fuel return line from the fuel pressure regulator. In that case, it needs to be proper rubber hose with clamps. A fuel leak will ruin your day.
The little nipple on the back of the intake is for the cruise control actuator, if equipped.
Holy barnacles, Batman! That rust! Remind me never to leave Cali. Here's my 99 EX.
Coincidentally, I just deleted my evap, so my picture is of no help to you other than to let you know what your car looked like before 18 years of Winters took its toll.
Baby99, that's wrong. The port on the firewall side of the canister (to two way valve) is the one that goes to the back of the car. The two-way valve is near the tank. It appears that is already hooked up with the larger hose. The pipe that had the green tube on it in your first picture must thus be the fuel return. If you look at Petr0l's picture, it has a rubber hose on it that would go the fuel pressure regulator if the engine weren't removed.
The purge valve, the squareish plastic part featured in the picture in post 11, bolts to the two tapped holes in the top of the fuel rail. It gets vacuum from the port on the manifold that you have incorrectly connected to the bottom of the fuel pressure regulator.
The port on the bottom of the fuel pressure regulator goes to the line on the firewall that you asked about in the first post.
Then the little coolant lines that go to the IACV are another issue altogether. If you look at the drawings on a dealer parts site, they show all the hoses and where they connect to.
Do not use that hardware store braided vinyl hose anywhere under the hood. It can't stand high temperatures.

im sorry but those 2 bolts hold the throttle cable....
The purge valve bolts to the fuel rail. The bolts for the throttle cable bracket are in the manifold. If you don't know what the parts are called it is going to be hard to get any help.
Junkyard. The same valve was likely used on a lot of different models. You may want to wait until you have the car more put together so you can see if any other parts are needed.
iI fund it.....u guys shold have told me it was on the uofuel injector plugs pece of plastic haha....but its there......now what do i hook it to? The EVAP, and the other end to what exactly, somewhere on the manifold? Thanks a lot.........but what do the fuel nipples there hook to? please......thanks......
