The following information is assuming that you are using a GSR gear set.

With the 4.4 Final drive and using a 24.5" Tire:

Turning the engine to 8500 RPM you will trap 139 MPH in 4th Gear
Turning the engine to 9000 RPM you will trap 147 MPH in 4th Gear
Turning the engine to 9500 RPM you will trap 155 MPH in 4th Gear
Turning the engine to 10000 RPM you will trap 164 MPH in 4th Gear

With the 4.2 Final Drive and using a 24.5" Tire:

Turning the engine to 8500 RPM you will trap 143 MPH in 4th Gear
Turning the engine to 9000 RPM you will trap 152 MPH in 4th Gear
Turning the engine to 9500 RPM you will trap 160 MPH in 4th Gear
Turning the engine to 10000 RPM you will trap 169 MPH in 4th Gear

So depending on how high you plan on turning your engine and what trap speed you expect the car to achieve, you can make your choice!
