I'm in the market to rebuild my bottom end of my b 18th and would love some recommendations.

the current set up is a stock b18th with:

passworjdm whale intake
kamekazie header
Hytech true 2 1/2 exhaust
ex 440 injectors
68 mm throttle boddy
Jrsc supercharger
crv pulley boosting 100 a

I was making 232 on a dynapack sync before adding the kamekazie header and hytech exhaust.

last time at the track I was burning almost a quart of oil per session and realized it's time for a rebuild of the bottom end.

the short block is already at the machine for an inspection and a build. I would like to know if I should be changing pistons and compression and if so what is recommended. Along with the short block being rebuilt I will also be adding a LHT intercooler and heat exchanger. Any and all recommendationsorts is appreciated. Thanks

I'm having trouble with my LHT manifold leaking currently - and while they'll fix it, it's still a pain in the *** to r&r and ship back and forth.

I second the water / meth injection, however.
