I just bought a 1996 Civic Ex Coupe. My passenger window will not go up or down. I have checked all electronic components for everything and I am getting voltage to both sides. But I am not getting voltage across number 10 fuse. What could be the issue?

 

Have u check for broken wires at the door and chassis plug? Chances are, it may be broken. Or can undone. Or your window regulator, motor is toast.

 

All checked out good all wires and motor. The only thing that didn't have voltage or continuity was were the fuse plugs in. I just went to O'Reilly's and bought a 3 way toggle switch and rewired.

 

these are common issues with these cars man, I tend to stay away from power windows on Honda's. Wind up windows are the way to go! Hope you find help man!
