Default 97 Integra P0141

I just replaced the downstream o2 sensor on my 97 integra ls because I was getting P0141 and now that I have replaced it I still keeping getting the code immediately after clearing it, I'm not entirely sure what I need to do to fix it, please help.

P0141 is not usually a bad O2 sensor. P0141 most likely means your wiring is shorted or broken. It's easy to rip the wiring out there when working on exhaust. I would also check your fuses to make sure it's getting power.

well iv checked all the wires on the o2 sensor side and they all look fine, which fuses should I check?

Honestly not sure, so I'd start by finding the pinout of my O2 sensor, then verifying that I have any power at the plug. A quick search returns fuse #15 under dash.

the plug has 12 volts going to it with the ignition on and when I look at the livestream data on my obd2 scanner it says the second o2 sensor is showing .015 volts not sure if that's normal or not, I just looked at the wires going to the plug inside the car and I found some splices i want to verify that the right wires are going to the plug but I can't seem to find a diagram
