Default Assistance Request: D16Y7- Constant Misfire and running "awful".

I have replaced the dizzy, wires, plugs, o2 sensor for upstream, brand new crank angle sensor, injectors are all putting out, tps reads on my snap on scanner. I'm just running out of ideas guys and need to get this thing going efficiently before class starts again. it's a 97 cx hatch and only has an exhaust on it. miles unknown and speedo dont work either.

Have you checked fuel pressure ?
Have you checked spark, [on all cylinders] should be bright blue, [use only an HEI spark tester to check spark]?
As mentioned check your grounds pay close attention to the grounds at the thermostat housing, PGM-FI Main Relay and ECU grounds 94
