Check the ICM. If it's ok, check the distributor sensors.

Ok so i checked the continuity of the grounds on the coil pack plugs. they are all grounded.. they work fine. i turned ignition on and had 12v between the middle hole in the plug(ground) and the left Hole in the plug(Wire going to J/C C 102).the third one i tested to ground and had no continuity. tested to Power (Wire going to ECU) and got 6v. hmmm?gonna get a test light and see if i dont get a pulse when i crank it. i dont think i will. but then what? Crank Pos sensor? gonna check that too. im pretty sure its hooked up. it cranks and im getting fuel. and brand new plugs. all fuses are fine. maybe a relay bad? main relay 1&2 are fine. Anyhting else im missing?

Heres a couple pictures of the diagram hope this helps you Help me lol....

How did you come to the conclusion that none of the plugs are sparking? If none are sparking, the coils aren't the problem. You'll want to check the TDC sensor and the Crank position sensor with a meter. Measure the resistance across the terminals of each. The proper resistance specs and testing procedure should be in your manual.

wait, is there an ignition control module w/ that setup? you know, something like an ignitor on a traditional coil setup, but obviously somewhat different considering you run COP...

just curious.

also- do you have another ECU to try?

OP, where are you located in south jersey?
