Manual tranny onto engine that had an automatic tran on it
Ok so I switch my old manual tranny to the new d16y7 that once was an automatic but someone told me about a throw out bearing I put my flywheel and clutch and yada on but I never installed a bearing or so to the engine that was an automatic do I need to or will it work just fine
Throwout bearing sits on the pressure plate.
Without it, you would not be able to disengage the clutch when you pressed the brake pedal in.
Please see the illustrations below of the 92-95 MT clutch parts. Highlighted the throwout bearing and where it rides on the pressure plate.

The pilot bearing might be what you are talking about, it's number 12 in the second picture.
My honda technician when he did my clutch years ago (before I was confident enough to do it myself), said the one that was in the flywheel was fine and didn't swap it.
If it is rolling freely and tight (no play), you should be fine.
