Default 93 Honda Del Sol Si 1.6L SOHC 5spd || Clutch Slipping?

Good Afternoon Team!

Today, as i was exiting the off-ramp onto the highway, I had just gotten into 4th and sort of "got on it" a bit to get up to speed quicker and my RPMs took off, but my car didn't.
I let off the gas and the RPMs dropped back down and seemed to "catch". I was then able to accelerate slowly up to my desired speed, but if i "get on it" so-to-speak, my RPM's take off and my car doesn't accelerate along with the RPMs.

Some helpful information, I believe i do have a transmission fluid leak, but i have been keeping an eye on the level.
The issue seems to remain even when i have the correct amount of transmission fluid.
Is my clutch slipping or something like that?

Let me know what ya's think.
Thank You in advance.

A leak from input shaft seal or rear main oil seal has potential to contaminate the clutch with oil.
