Honda Civic 2000 DX will crank but no start, and stall
I have a 2000 Honda Civic DX automatic with about 167,000 miles on it. Recently, I have had a few issues concerning crank and no start and also stalling while the car is either idling or driving. When the car is going to stall the power just slowly drains and sometimes if I press the gas I can get it to start back up, other times it just dies out. Also, I will go out to start the car and it will crank and crank but never start. I often have to leave it sitting over night and try again in the morning. It seems like the heat makes it worse, but the weather has been cool and I can't get it to start at all. When I turn the key once I hear a sound that would indicate the fuel pump is turning on, so I am guessing I have fuel pressure. I have had the starter replaced, checked the battery, ignition coil has been replaced, recent tune up including spark plugs, and I just had the igniter replaced.
Any comments would be very much appreciated. Car has been in and out of shops for over a month now.

Connect scan tool and confirm there are no ECU codes.
When it will not start, use a spark tester to see if the ignition is firing.
Fuel flow test: Loosen the gas cap to relieve any pressure in the tank. Disconnect the return hose from the fuel pressure regulator where it connects to the metal return line on the firewall. This is NOT the hose that goes through the fuel filter, leave that one alone. The pressure regulator is on the other end of the fuel rail (driver's side). Point the end of the hose into a container. Turn key on but don't crank-- you should get a good stream of fuel coming out while the pump primes. If it is only a dribble try replacing the fuel filter first, but you may need a new pump.
