Default car turns off right after I turn it on

I have a 1992 eg hatch back with a d16z6 swap. The car use to run perfectly fine but after not turning it on for about a week now every time I turn it on it stays on for about 2 seconds but then it turns right back off the only way it stays on is if I give it gas to like 3 - 4K for about 10 seconds and while I do that the idle fluctuates but after that the idle is fine and it turns off fine for the rest of the day what can this be? I am using a P0B ecu If that has anything to do with it but I have always used that one thank you

When the engine stalls, don't switch the key to off. Instead, jump service connector to pull code.
