I've looked through multiple old form posts for a picture/diagram of WHERE the plug for the adapter is, I know you have to removed the "storage box" under climate control/radio. But I need to know where to find the plug that the adapter goes in. AFAIK this(see link) http://www.ebay.ca/itm/121478719073?...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT is the adapter, do I just need the one white block pug. Even if someone could point me to a NON dead image thread or a pic of when they did it that would be great, my radio is FUBAR'd in the sense it cuts in and out over every bump due to a poor alarm install. Someone said the white plug that comes with the adapter just plugs into the back of the radio? can someone confirm? if so i'll just order the adapter and idle with the storage box, i have long drives ad no audio source drives me nuts. I'd like to order this adapter ASAP if it would work, below I circled the only plug I can see that would accept the plug fro the adapter is this correct?.

For anyone who stubbles on thread, it's not the circled plug. But a plug in the middle facing down you remove the cubby and use a mirror or camera with flash, you'll see it. The $50 unit from ebay worked just plug and play, make sure it has the correct plug all the ones I saw DID.. I'll try and post some of the photos I took. Maybe even a more recent DIY.

 

I bought one of those Bluetooth adapters from ebay when I had my 04 non/navi. I didnt have to remove anything other than the pocket under the radio. Just found the plug on the back of it and thats it.
