i need to know some part numbers or some info

im taking off my antenna and my rear wiper off my 96 hatchback what i need is a part number for the block off plate and need to know what years plug fits in the wiper arm hole or a part number from honda cuz i went to the dealer and they didnt know what i was talking about for the plug in the back

tried every possible combo for the radio antenna plate but what about the wiper delete plug any one know
