So my car blows warm air, the condenser fan WILL NOT start when i turn on the A/C (or later), after a few minutes with A/C running the engine feels sluggish also a gas-blowing-like noise by the passenger's side dash board (that didn't use to happen since the compressor and poly were changed a few years ago)

I've checked all the fuses related to it, swapped the cooling fan relay with the condenser fan relay and nothing (the cooling fan does starts when engine heats). I highly suspect that the refrigerant is low, altought I happened to poke the low pressure line valve and it blows air with some green liquid.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I also need a wiring diagram or a photo of the wiring at the condenser fan, mine don't look right.

Check the fan ground wire near the condenser. When the fan should be on, backprobe the fan plug, one wire should be at 12 volts and one at ground.

The fan does not depend on refrigerant pressure. It is simply wired to come on whenever the compressor is on. If you get cold air with the car moving (so it doesn't need the fan), the refrigerant is OK.

I only had time to recharge refrigerant (R-134A) but it still blows warm air at 50 MPH. I actually drained the air out of the Low line which came up warm, almost hot, then I refilled the line to 40 PSI and nothing. Is this a sign for a bad compressor? I

You have to first fix the electrical problem so that the fan will come when the compressor is on. Then you can look into the refrigeration.
'Filling the low side to 40 psi" is not how it is done.

Check for power at the plug as mentioned. It will power the plug when the A/C light is green inside the cab.

Thanks all. It turned out to be a bad fan. and lack of refrigerant. I took care of it.

Most debris will be before the evaporator, you can clean that out by dropping the blower motor out of the housing and reaching up and into the blower housing and the evaporator housing, with a mirror you can see the evaporator, blower side to see if it is clogged up.
Check and make sure FRESH/RECIRCULATING motor is properly plugged in, if it is not working it will have to be replaced, door needs to be closed for proper air conditioning, recirculate air as opposed to fresh air. 94
