Aem cam gear

Hello everyone, new on here but not new to the honda community. Car cranked but didn't wanna start. I changed dizzy, spark plugs and wires, fuel filter. I was having some iacv issues and a code for that cleaned the iacv three times. Third time I soaked in some purple power. Car starts now but idles literally at the dash above "0" could be 200rpm not sure. I disconnected my header from the exhasut thinking it could be the cat but no luck. I did a compression test 120 118 119 117. Pulled spark plugs out and there fouling. What could be causing this to idle so low ?

I also did notice ever since putting this autozone dizzy in my rpm isn't working and it was working fine with my old dizzy.

 

The car drives but it still boggy. I give it gas and I have to hold it down to move the car. No check engine light.
