Default Idle problem only when I give it gas

I swapped out my auto d16y7 with a manual d16y8 with Ecu and intake manifold and has no idle problems. But when I give it light gas to take off, it idles quick up and down causing my car to jerk a lot when taking off. Here's a link to the video I uploaded https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yO-urbfTXjk&feature=share please help all ideas welcome just trying to figure it out thanks

is the wiring harness a manual dy16y8 harness? From what i know, all d16y7 and auto d16y8 use 3 wire iac valves and manual d16y8 use 2 wire iac valves. There's write ups on how to fix the wiring problem you may be having. Just do a google search. Hondata has in there s300 help files for a procedure on setting idle.
